# Prepare a noise observation record

Blank record from SALACO. Nothing on this sheet is uploaded.

Use this to carry a clue you already have to a technician. "There is a sound" is not enough, and this sheet still does not find the cause.
Do not fill this in while driving, and do not make a new recording while driving.
Write what you observed separately from what you guess.
A repair outcome belongs on a different page. Do not mix that outcome into this observation.
This sheet does not name a part, decide whether the car is safe, or claim the sound will be easier to reproduce.

## How to use this sheet

1. Write down when it happened.
2. Keep what you observed separate from what you guess.
3. Note the conditions when it repeated, and when a similar condition stayed quiet.
4. Hand this note over with the time point in any recording you already have.
